• Plush Pals: Our Plush Pals will be shipped within 3 business days of placing your order. We understand the excitement of welcoming these companions into your life and strive to ensure a quick delivery.
• Made-to-Order Merchandise: All other merchandise are created when you order.  Therefore, while most orders are received within a week, please allow up to two weeks for production and shipping. Each item is meticulously created, reflecting our commitment to quality and uniqueness.
• Tracking Your Order: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This enables you to monitor the progress of your package until it arrives at your doorstep.
• Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are determined based on your location and the contents of your order. You will find the exact shipping cost calculated during the checkout process.
• International Shipping: We are delighted to offer our shipping services internationally. Please be aware that shipping times may vary depending on your global location.
