• Price: Shipping price is determined by item and calculated at checkout. Check for codes for free shipping for qualifying purchases!
• Plush Pals: Our Plush Pals will be shipped within 3 business days of placing your order. We understand the excitement of welcoming these companions into your life and strive to ensure a quick delivery.
• Made-to-Order Merchandise: All other merchandise are created when you order.  Therefore, while most orders are received within a week, please allow up to two weeks for production and shipping. Each item is meticulously created, reflecting our commitment to quality and uniqueness.
• Tracking Your Order: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This enables you to monitor the progress of your package until it arrives at your doorstep.
• Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are determined based on your location and the contents of your order. You will find the exact shipping cost calculated during the checkout process.
• International Shipping: We are delighted to offer our shipping services internationally. Please be aware that shipping times may vary depending on your global location.

Our merchandise is created especially for you. As such, sales are final and we do not offer refunds. However, if an item arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations, we will happily replace it for you. Please contact us at hello@friendsofthefaith.com within 15 days of receiving your order.

We do our best to ensure accurate color representation, but we cannot ensure that the colors on the website are exactly true to life because this depends on the calibration of your computer/monitor.
